It really is quite simple. If a person gets married and has a child, to encourage one of the parents to stay home, the government should pay the one that stays home money. Forcing both parents to work has destroyed the family unit in the west and plummeted the birth rates.

You shouldn't force either one to stay home, but because of the benefits most people should want to do so anyway, and most who will want to stay (but not all) will be woman.

Society should be designed around the averages, but allow for the exceptions to do as they wish as well.

TL:DR: Government should make staying home and raising your kids worthwhile.

I'm suggesting, given the technological advancements from the 1940s, women have much more free time after fulfilling the standards of familial duties. They should be encouraged to further contribute (should they desire) in that spare time.
I'm saying, efficiency was always a priority in NatSoc in order to progress not stagnate. Women are incredibly intelligent, talented and have ingenuity given proper environments (semi segregated from males)

The focus is on the nation, defined as the people / folk, integrated in that identity, rather than some abstract class identity like Marxism advocates (ie, the proletariat vs the capitalist in class war). I speculated on this last thread.

Libertarians aren't susceptible to national socialism so much as that after you leave libertarianism you don't have much more choice in terms of ideology. You can't go back to leftism, normiedom or cuckservatism, so your options are limited to the upper blue quadrant of the political compass. Neoreaction, fascism, national socialism- all have significant populations of ex-lolbergs because rejecting libertarianism is the last redpill in a sense.

It does help that we have the best aesthetic.

I think that national socialists need to adopt a more intelligent definition of race and ethnicity.

Here is the dictionary definition of an "ethnic group":

Now why do they define it like this? Why don't they simply say "the french are those who are genetically french"?
Because it's a lot more complicated than that. Almost all ethnic groups have "fuzzy borders" with their neighbors. For example, the locals on the border of France and Spain look like a blended mixture of both groups. Not to mention all the half breeds and outliers. It's not a uniform mixture, it's more of a blend.

Over a long time scale, your genes will be shaped in part by your local environment, but also by your beliefs, traditions, cultural customs.....etc. A tribe can conquer another, kill the men and rape the women, and from then on that other tribe's genes get inducted into the fold. This is actually beneficial, because it gives the first tribe a larger swath of genetic diversity to mix, match, and combine with. Over a long period of time, the other tribe's genes will be gradually bred in, or gradually bred out, depending on whether they confer advantage upon the individuals in that cultural environment.

So just to give an example....let's say that there's a certain tribe that idolizes strength and intelligence. The strong and the smart get the highest social status, and therefore the most fertile women who produce the most offspring. They conquer another tribe that is very athletic....but not so smart. Now initially, the induction of these new genes will create a lot of social problems. But over time, their low-intelligence genes will feel a negative selection pressure, while their athleticism genes will feel a positive selection pressure. The low intelligence genes will be weeded out, and the high athleticism genes will be bred in.

Your genes are simply a meme, an expression of all these other factors. That's why if some other population with different genetics comes into your culture, if they assimilate they will simply give your ethnic group more raw genetic material for your culture to shape. Because what your genetic group looks like 1000 years from now is determined by their cultural values far more than by their specific ancestry.

Here's an example. What you today know as "Germans" are actually a mix of hundreds of different local tribes that used to exist in that region. They all came together to build a common identity. The traits of each individual tribe that perished were those that didn't match up well with the new identity, the traits of those individual tribes that succeeded are those that did.

Now this type of mixing can take a long time, depending on how far apart the genetic groupings are. So for example, if French and English came together to build a common identity, you'd have a relatively homogenous mixture in maybe a few hundred years (10 generations). But if you start pouring in Africans, Arabs or Chinese, you might not get a homogenous mixture until 1000 years down the line. The genetic gulfs across racial lines are simply that huge.

That's why people of other races often split off to create their own identities instead of assimilating to the local one. They are so different, homogenizing them takes way too long.

You can't convince the Jews their messiah is legit without tying him into their collection of prophecies. Jesus was the heir of David, and thus, of Adam. Now you've got two different genotypes floating around in the population. One that codes for colorblindness, and one that doesn't. Because of the values and customs of your culture, those that can see color have a birth rate of 3.0, and those that can't have a birth rate of 1.0. Each population starts at 1 million individuals.

There should be others. For example, you could impose heafty financial penalites on people that lie, cheat or steal, as well as a huge social stigma. Their numbers will dwindle soon enough. You can put people in prison and deny them conjugal visits for committing certain crimes.

When you punish someone for bad behavior or nonconformity, it should be in some way that effects their ability to reproduce.

Now, I think what you're getting at here is that some genes are very close together on the genome, and therefore don't granulate easily. For example, black skin and kinky hair (or whatever, I'm just giving a hypothetical example). Therefore, you aren't able to easily breed in the good traits while breeding out the bad, because their good traits and their bad are so intertwined.

So how do you solve this? Well, one way to granulate their genes is simply to start aggressively interbreeding with them. Mix them into the fold. This will erase their individual identity and break apart their close gene associations so you can apply your cultural filter.

But let's say there's a race with a particularly pernicious set of genes, a huge majority of which don't conform to your cultural values. Well, the best thing to do here is to do your mixing over in their country, rather than in yours. Then allow the successful mogrelized ones to start traveling back and mixing into the bulk majority of your population.

That's just one suggestion, but there are other solutions.
