Pretty much any part of the election pre-convention. The primaries were light hearted and fun. Each day had new memes and I laughed all along the way. The final boss though was a bear. The election took a dark and scary turn. I was afraid. Primaries was best time.

The whole thing was a glorious shit show that was a perfect display of how fucking retarded our world and the people in it have become. I fell asleep about midnight EST on election night and woke up about 3 am when Trump pretty much locked it, let out a "heh", and went back to sleep.

November 8, soaking in all the tears and genuine heartache was probably the peak. The mass hysteria and misery was delicious.

I voted with my father (PA, you're welcome) and then went straight to a bar for a couple of beers. Then I went to a friend's house and watched election coverage until the sun came up. I called out of work and went on a two day drug and alcohol binge in which I was thrown out of a bar for repeatedly verbally abusing liberals with a black trump supporter I had just met, made a scene outside of a Mexican restaurant, and eventually woke up on my couch after a sustained and apparently active black out period with a dead phone and a broken phone charger and spaghetti sauce on my face.
