it's hard to say, but i suspect it wouldn't be all that stable. a big problem with national socialism is that as far as i can tell it was never made very clear how power was to be transferred in an orderly way. hitler never have any kids so it's not like he could have just invested all of his authority in a son, nor is NS really amenable to popular elections. another problem is that a post-war national superstate needs to set credible borders between people of different nationalities - how would this work? complete devolution of power to sovereign states in the NS mold? federalism? complete subjugation of peoples? none of those are a good fit, and arbitrations between border disputes regarding ancestral lands would be an immense headache. another problem is that if the ideology makes a collective striving towards a particular national destiny the highest duty, that just amounts to an excuse to obliterate neighbouring peoples in due time. there would still be war in europe, just of a different flavour.
