The evidence in this case is piling up pretty fast. We even had a reliable DC Anon tell us that the "smoking gun" is "out of the hands" of the assailants. Meaning the evidence that proves this case is out of the control of people like Podesta and Clinton.

So here's my question. What happens when that smoking gun clearly implicates both Clinton and Podesta?

Will they bother to stand trial or will they flee the country?
