Hitler put a big emphasis on first physical and second spiritual education. And he liked history a lot, especially German history.
The two hours a week of physical education was way too little in his eyes, and he wanted both young boys and young girls to spend a lot more time on physical activities. Mainly the goal was to get quality leaders and loyal followers out of team sports, and learning how to deal with struggle out of boxing. He also had strong opinions on the uselessness of cramming the heads of children full with useless facts that three years later almost everyone forgot. He wanted to teach children to learn instead make people remember facts. Of course, that's not hugely unique to natsoc, and outside natsoc this attitude has been tried to be adopted as well. The criticism of cramming heads full with useless facts still applies, but education is a subject that'll likely never be perfectly achieved.

I'll entertain a thought. My view of hitler and natsoc has brought me much confusion, since everything at which I know about the two is apparently a misplacement of judgement on part of various educational facets during my youth. But one question still resides:

Why did he kill the jews in the camps?

I'm completely convinced as of following this site over the past 4 years that the publicly perceived magnitude for the holocaust is simply mathematically impossible. Hitler did not kill millions of jews. Maybe 100,000 at most, but still far insignificant of what is commonly accepted. But why those 100,000?

I know the camps offered rather trivial amenities, and holocaust survivors are on record stating they weren't nearly as bad as predicted. Some of the amenities including theaters, plays, common rooms, cafeterias, etc.
But, the camps DID have gas chambers, and they DID have various other death facilities on site, such as guillotines. A large number of Jews were dispatched using these facilities.

Why? Or perhaps better put, if it was clear the Nazis were somewhat sympathetic for the already incarcerated, why kill them? This DID happen.
