Okay, just rewatched. Initial watch was wee hours of a.m. (I am obsessed w/this case.)

I can see now I made the assumption that

a) between the still pic (which really freaked me out if that is a person/SR laying on the ground) in the NBC4 vid that has not been seen anywhere else and

b) the reporter having such a clear description of what happened (repeated 2x I believe)

I jumped to the conclusion that he must have seen footage of some sort to be so specific, "he was jumped, pushed to the ground, and shot."

So that's whatever that is.

My greater concern/area of interest the past 24 hours has been that picture. It must be neighbor that shot it. Point is, this pic raises all sorts of red flags. Why isn't SR in the ambulance? And you are going to tell me all those personnel are just standing around when there could be an active shooter(s) in the vicinity? Why does it look like they may be doing CPR? (Could be they are just talking to him at that point.)

Further, first reports to neighborhood alert system indicate a warning (I forget the term they used) was NOT issued for people to BOL. Odd, given that a man was just gunned down--how did they know shooter(s) out of the area? Only answer I can come up with is that they knew he was shot from, or dumped and shot from, a car that then sped away.
