I grew up in the city with the largest Muslim population in the United States and the only way Islam ever "positively" impacted me was getting the day off school for Eid (or maybe it was it Ramadan). They're a nuisance at best otherwise, not including the few friends I had who were of Arab descent (but not religious as far as I could tell). I support deporting all of them.

Reading the quran was pretty fucking weird.
I've read a lot of religious texts and in almost all cases they focus on their own doctrine, their own "story" so to speak.
But as soon as you get into the medinan surah, it's all about the non-believers, how to treat them, all that stuff.
And that's when it becomes clear that the quran is not a religious text, it's a crappy code of law from the 7th century that, like many similar things of these times, claimed religious inspiration to be more legitimate.
