To be disembodied is the essence of Judaism - it's what their myth means when it talks of "a people without a land."

Land is *body* - collectively, symbolically. So the entire myth of Jews having no home, no land, is the symbolic statement of a people who are quite literally disembodied.

At the energetic level, where the sequence of development of religions is the collective energetic equivalent of the sequence of the opening of chakras in the human body (in this case Judaism being 3rd chakra, ego and will and drive and power, and Christianity being 4th chakra, compassion and love and unification of opposites):

1) Judaism represents the stage in individual human development where the ego recognizes it is separate. Thus the emphasis in Judaism on the separation between everything, men and women, milk and meat, man and God, Jews and non-Jews. What we call "Jews" and "Judaism" was part of collective human consciousness living into this separation until the next collective chakra opening (4th, heart, compassion, Christianity) could occur.

Thanks for the kind words. It's always surprising and gratifying whenever anyone reads any of these more mystical posts - let alone understands or agrees with them.

I suppose my answer to the "what did you read to arrive at these conclusions" is: everything and nothing. I've studied consciousness for a long time, spent a long time in both retreat and teaching meditation and how to perceive symbolically, yet also in practical technological development (which one might see as working on bringing into existence a 5th chakra global religion - i.e., communication). After enough years of doing that sort of stuff when I look at the nature of religion and also what's happening in the world everything just sort of appears and I say what I see - no different than looking at the world and saying "the sky looks blue and the grass looks green."

I don't want to trivialize this stuff with that last statement. I do like being able to unify and communicate things that previous to my knowledge were disconnected and harder to appreciate. But I also don't want to take *too* much credit, at most I'm a channel, a lens lucky enough to get to focus the light of a beautiful picture.

So overall, after enough years of poking around in the dark, a light switch inside somehow comes on and everything just is now illuminated - "Oh, of course...duh. That's really pretty."

That's how it works in the human body as well. When the 3rd chakra opens the other chakras don't close or disappear. The next chakra just becomes the focus of more of the energy for a while. The larger body continues to exist, and the larger system is always connected to all of the individual parts.

I must sadly admit I've only spent time with Sufism and not enough time my local mosque to as yet be able to integrate the third of the Abrahamaic faiths into this sort of picture. I suppose there's the idea of the mid-chest chakra, between 4th and 5th, though that was always harder for me to feel - but maybe that's just because I haven't spend enough time at the mosque. I don't want to force Islam someplace where it doesn't belong, but I also feel it fits here and I just don't yet see where. Thanks for the impetus to come back to it and keep meditating on it.

That's what all our technology *does*, that's the whole point - it's the way we open the 5th chakra (at the collective level). The 5th chakra is about...communication. And what does all our technology do? More than anything it allows us to communicate.

One can see the horrifying addiction people now have to their phones and the internet and all of it as the nascent 5th chakra religion, finding a way to come into being. (It's so amazing how each of these chakra openings works even without anyone knowing that it's happening...consciousness is beyond beauty.)

Does that make more sense? Again, the development of the major religions (at least in the west) is simply the opening of the chakras in the collective body in the same way they open in the individual body (about 2,000 years apart). 5th chakra has opened but doesn't have a formal name, 4th is about to become consciously integrated, 3rd fully integrated.

How does this fit in with Eastern philosophy and religion that actually invented the concept of Chakras? Your whole supposition is crafted around Chakra and stages of consciousness but it doesn't connect in any way to eastern religion or philosophy that birth'd it. You co-opt it and apply it to Abrahamic religions which occurred after.

The chakra system originated in India between 1500 and 500 BC in the oldest text called the Vedas.

Can you explain this and detail why eastern philosophy/religion aren't at the center of your commentary vs. Abrahamic religions and their evolution therein? There was 1000s of years of religious development and evolution before the jews. Their conceptualization and more was already established in various religions/civilizations before them.

I'm only talking about this subset of time because that's what's happening with Kushner and the Zionists and the coming battle for humanity. Run the clock (as if time even exists except as an artifact of partitioned consciousness) further back through the more ancient fertility religions and the same things hold.

But you seem to be seeing things as happening in some sort of sequence. **Everything already exists**. All that's happening is we discover and re-integrate things that have always existed. The description of what we call "chakras" doesn't mean that somehow *created* the chakras, any more than current thinking about physics rippled back through time to create the physics at the beginning of the Universe (though from one experience viewpoint that is exactly what *does* happen).

Since I've spent less time in Eastern zendos than Western monasteries I'll defer to others who may be able to better say how Eastern religions may (or may not) follow things as I see them. Though it's been on my list of things to do for forever....

If one assumes that there is a jewish supremacy ideal in which every jew participates, the state of western politics, more specifically the distribution of power, is laughable. These minorities indirectly seem to keep eachother in power. From either minorities' side, the currect situation both in Europe and the US must seem very comical.

Please make sure you watch the 5.5-hour version of The Mahabharata. The stage play was something like 9 hours (and of course the Mahabharata itself is hundreds of thousands of lines of Sanskrit), and the original movie version was 5.5 hours. But 5.5 hours was still too long for western attention spans, so they eviscerated the film to create a more standard-length 2.5-hour cut.

The problem with that is it's like condensing a book by ripping out every other page. The 2.5-hour version is nauseating in its incomprehensible unwatchability.

As long as if you're watching the full 5.5-hour original release you're good. Perhaps you don't need this advice, but since it's a mythic work don't try to watch it literally (this means that, this person does that thing). Just open to it and see what connections and experiences, memories and reflections and insights, come into your awareness. The great works of humankind aren't things to watch, they're experiences to change us and help us come home.
