Looks like artifact from the sonar scan.
>>
It's probably an artifact in the data. What you are seeing is not imagery but a rendering based on the measured height of the ocean floor. Bathymetric terrain data is difficult for many obvious reasons and a high quality global set likely does not exist.

I worked with terrain data professionally such as SRTM, GLOBE, and other data sets. Even with modern technology and the best geologists, these terrain data are chock full of artifacts. Square regions that are offset by a couple meters too low or too high. Vertical or horizontal interleaving. Integer and floating point data sources mixed in the same map.

tl;dr: It's more complicated than a layman might think.
>>
>>126432097
How are we going to recover the artifacts and are they valuable?
How did they even end up there?

its proof of a flat earth.

see the satelites fly in circles and take pictures in one big line - because this would give away that we're on the flat earth, in essentially an enclosure, they have edited the images together to make it as if they appear round.

however these images are updated frequently, so they use computers for a majority of the work, resulting in this obvious 'glitches' or artifacts as they're called.

named so aptly, the last trace of the truth.

Fishing trawling or image artifacts. Trawling is a massively destructive practice and alters the seafloor, and a while back there were "cities" photographed on the seafloor that wound up being the result of an embossing filter used to elaborate height on google maps embossing the edges of pixel compression. Not one satellite or agency or piece of equipment builds the image data for the sea floor. All different methods are used, all have errors, and google does the best it can to mesh them together. Not everything is aliens or secret submarine technology, no matter how hard I wish it was. Real life is fucking boring.
>>
>>126436599
The nets don't go anywhere near that deep and would simply get shredded by the ocean floor.

For that matter, what scale is this at anyway? These are miles in size.

The sudden popularity of the Flat Earth theory two years ago is a CIA psyop that is designed to hide the fact that Earth is actually hollow. This is a common technique that intelligence agencies use to deceive the masses (I call that technique 'conspiracy misdirection'): They promote a conspiracy theory that they KNOW is FALSE and want you to think you're red-pilled by believing that false conspiracy theory is TRUE while using that false conspiracy theory to hide a TRUE conspiracy theory related to it that has even MORE far-reaching implications than the false conspiracy theory. For example, the 'Moon landing hoax' conspiracy theory is being used to hide the TRUE conspiracy theory that we went to the Moon and found artificial objects there (or we knew there were artificial objects there all along and went to the Moon simply to bring some of those artificial objects back to Earth). The official account of the Moon landing AND the Moon landing hoax conspiracy theory are BOTH FALSE. NASA itself is covertly promoting the Moon landing hoax conspiracy theory. (end of part 1)

(start of part 2) Earth is hollow with polar openings that lead into its hollow interior. Outer Earth governments know about this, but are not telling the masses.
Daily reminder that there was supposed to be a voyage to the North Pole in 2007 to find out if there's an opening at the North Pole that leads into the Inner Earth World (and thus prove once and for all that Earth is hollow). The leader of the expedition was Steve Currey and he suddenly died from a brain tumour shortly before the expedition began so all of the money they got from people who were going to join the expedition was refunded. The new leader of the expedition was Brooks Agnew and the new expedition was meant to be in 2013, but shortly after THAT expedition was about to begin, his film crew suddenly vanished without a trace so THAT expedition was cancelled too (and, once again, the money they got from people who wanted to join their expedition was refunded). The expedition was/is known as the 'North Pole Inner Earth Expedition'. Here's a link to the official North Pole Inner Earth Expedition page:

http://www.x2-radio.com/phoenixsciencefoundation/npiee/index.html

Also, Terry Smith was an Alaskan bush pilot associated with this expedition who agreed to fly directly over the North Pole to see if there was an opening there but he suddenly died in a plane crash on August 9 2010 before he could make that flight. NONE of these incidents are (((coincidences))). There is a world inside our world.

Flat Earth theory = Reddit

Hollow Earth theory = /pol/

The Hollowpill is the final frontier.

Flatpill = Blue pill

Hollowpill = Red pill

Flat Earth is about limitation and retarded shit like "Outer space doesn't exist." and "There were no dinosaurs.", whereas Hollow Earth is about unlimited possibilities.

We were NOT born too late to explore Earth, for there are STILL new lands for us to discover and colonise. Take the Hollowpill. (end)

you can't prove curvature
you can't prove motion of the earth
there are 33 more continents according to a Buddhist map outside the antarctic ice barrier
every single culture that talks about the inner earth had a geocentric cosmology, flat and stationary model
the earth being flat doesn't suddenly mean the hollow earth is not possible
the inner earth has several names, the halls of amenti, the halls of antiquity, Sheol, are among but a few
the earth is stationary.
the CIA didn't forge thousands of years of geocentric cosmology
aristole and plato thought the earth was stationary, but a sphere
the pyramids were built on a geocentric model of the universe
the firmament is real
all scriptures from hindu, nordic, christian/jewish, south and north american, and african myths validate the flat stationary earth
space is fake
you will never learn more about the hollow earth until you look into the mythologies of every single ancient culture

I don't know about stargate redpill, enlighten me. I'm convinced though through my own research that human beings have been here far longer than what 'academia' professes, plus it's pretty clear we're from the stars and marooned on this planet far too long to surpass any history of the crash. I'm convinced we've had more advanced civilizations and technology than current, that we are in fact suffering through yet another renaissance in the rise of man and most likely will bomb ourselves back to the stone age as we've probably done a few times before. I think there's something we need to travel the stars, an element or fuel that does not exist on earth that keeps us marooned here, meanwhile our brothers are skipping around all over the universe completely unaware of us.

Goys, there's nothing happening off Matinicus. Seriously nothing at all. The area is frequented by pleasure boats, fishing boats, and commercial traffic in that order. There's no secret dredging or closed off areas. If there were, there would be questions raised and a general awareness of what's going on. Hell, ask any mauber about the Navy SERE training grounds in Rangely, they'll have any number of stories and conspiracies.

Why would you need to dredge? The area off the island is immediately 50-80 ft deep, surrounding area down to 200ft deep. Pic related. The bathymetry was formed by the act of glaciers receding after the last ice age, cutting and gouging Maine's coast down to bedrock. It's why you see finger-like just of land up and down the rocky coast.

I've visited the island, and there's no funny business, just a boring island off the coast filled with crazy people.

To be honest, I think these have a decent explanation. There's been a lot of planning to have offshore wind generation sites in Maine. I think these are data sets from sonar boats surveying potential underwater cable runs. Explains why they have epicenters (planned wind farm site) Given >>126438267 said about gmaps piecemealing data together, that survey data was probably slapped on top of whatever they had. That's why there's such a sharp line on the seafloor, where they have a hyper accurate reading butting up against 50+ year old surveys, but the contrast is lessened when it hits a ridge or mound.

there have been posts that the war in iraq wasn't over oil, but a stargate. for interdimensional travel. and there were some other LARPers who claimed ot have served in iraq over a certain spot which the name i can't remember where ayyy lmaos are plentiful and abundant. I don't know much about it,

there are 2 creation stories in genesis verse 1:2 implies in the Hebrews grammar that the there was an event that made the earth formless and void. and Isiah 45:18 says 18For thus says the LORD, who created the heavens (He is the God who formed the earth and made it, He established it and did not create it a waste place, but formed it to be inhabited),

so when it says
1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.

it more accurately reads god created blah blah, and something happened that destroyed the earth. I conjecture that this was ragnarok, for its the only event that has been foretold to destroy the earth, and its following events are amazingly similar. the being repopulated by 2 human survivors emulate adam and eve.

Ragnarök is a series of future events, including a great battle, foretold to ultimately result in the death of a number of major figures (including the gods Odin, Thor, Týr, Freyr, Heimdallr, and Loki), the occurrence of various natural disasters, and the subsequent submersion of the world in water. Afterward, the world will resurface anew and fertile, the surviving and returning gods will meet, and the world will be repopulated by two human survivors.

also there are furhter conjectures that the garden of eden saw upwards of 5 million people, and there could have been millions of years between when adam and eve were created, and when they were kicked out.

and probably about 200 million years ago or so, people used to live to be about 100,000 years old according to hindu mythology, and the Yugas. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yuga I'm pretty sure the bible leaves off at the Dwapara Yuga, which states that mankind is made of 1 half virture, and 1 half sin. also the hindu scriptures indicate the earth is about 155 trillion years old.

now I remain convinced that most scripture, that tells you that
1) the kingdom of heaven is inside you
2) the spirit of god is inside you
3) to repent for your sins
4) that you are a direct and deliberate creation of god
5) that your body is a temple to god
6) that tells you to be compassionate

is of the "true god" every soul has a direct connection to the true creator. if you're studying these subjects I would pretty much only look at holy books and scriptures. you can very easily prove that they have a supernatrual origin outside space and time

My implication is that you can't hide this shit. Underwater dredging and cable laying is an expensive, obvious operation. Underwater cables need to be marked on nautical charts so people know not to anchor, drag, or dredge on them.
You'd have to block off major areas of coastline to avoid anyone seeing these barges, patrol with naval or private security to keep them clear. There are no secrets along the coastline, especially in such a tourism-driven industry like Maine all it takes is one picture and everyone's saying "oh, hey, those Google barges are back"

its a matter of buoyancy, clouds weigh millions and millions of pounds, but they don't sink because they have a positive buoyancy.

take a cannon ball, and put it into a pool of mercury, it won't sink because compared to the density of the mercury, the cannon ball is positively buoyant, put it in water and it sinks. increase the density of the air by increasing the PSI, and a cannon ball will float. works the same way in air. I'll sink to the bottom under normal air pressure, but if i tie a bunch of ballons to myself I'll become positively buoyant and float, hot air ballons work on buoyancy, birds work on buoyancy, fish work on buoyancy.

why would a ping pong ball float in a straight line up if you released it from the bottom of the ocean?

You are beyond retarded.

Of course the same clueless idiot who believes data artifacts from satellite mapping/rendering of the ocean floor are actually underwater ocean mining (for fucking what?) believes in fucking stargates in Iraq, and flat stationary Earth with a fucking firmament.

Yes of course, reality is like that, the truth is kept hidden from you, everything is a conspiracy and a mystery, its totally not your own delusional and wishful thinking that reality would be less boring than it truly is.

How bout instead of taking every crackpot conspiracy theory you read on ATS at face value you excercise some critical and rational thinking, of course doing so means facing the raw truth of the world- theres no stargates, the interesting patterns on the oceans are a result of artifacts from improper data accusution and rendering, not fucking underwater ocean mining, and the Earth is not special, it is not stationary and is not covered by anything but a thicc atmosphere of nitrogen and oxygen, reality is boring and ordinary not grand and exciting like your conspiracy theories which if you start to believe each one you come across gullibly and at face value you run into the problem of one conspiracy contradicting the other, and so on and so forth, your worldview not making sense, and contradicting itself all the time.

See this pic? That blue bright dot at the bottom right is us, our planet, not anything special or stationary, another celestial body in the void, but we are special for different reasons, for being the only celestial body suitable for life and human comfort for light years around, not as grandiose and epic as your delusional fairy tale of a flat or stationary earth, but all the more meaningful and comforting for being the truth of this world, not a fanciful conspiracy.

>the "space" meme

Top fuckingkeke, stay delusional anon.

Also explain how satellites and probes work with a flat, stationary earth model, the same satellites used to record the ocean data which you earlier claimed shows evidence of underwater ocean mining, yet how can that be if the Earth is stationary, how do the satellites orbit? Gravity is the attractive force propelling them towards the Earths surface yet in space, orbit can be achieved by going faster than the pull of gravity can act as gravity is a very weak force, and since there is no air resistance to slow down objects in space there is no need to constantly keep them orbiting under their own power.

Buy you say gravity is not gravity but "bouyancy distorted", if so then how is a small satellite able to stay in orbit around the Earth and not require a fuckload of fuel to orbit the earth under its own power because the Earth does not spin and it needs to traverse the Earth to record the satwllite pictures and data you made another conspiracy of?

Explain yourself anon, how does a satellite orbit the flat Earth and return pictures and data of its surface if there is no gravity and space is a "meme"?

Really makes you think.

civilians don't have supersonic jets. you can't outrun them.

if you even set your course to that area, you will get hailed on radio. trust me.

Good job, friends. Do not get derailed by flat earth. Someone up thread said Flat Earth is an op, and they are not wrong.

Now, as for the people claiming that the Matinicus Anomoly is an imaging artifact... interesting deflection, I think, especially since a)we have yet to see any analogous images b)a simple scan of the coastlines for miles north and south show no similar artifacts. Do not be derailed by low-effort distractions. Keep a look out. We are almost there. It is possible to find the right string and pull it in situations like this. What matters is uniting against the black blanket well of noise which seeks to drown out the message. Stay strong. Connect.

Holy shit you fucking idiot

Thats due to the perspective of the camera, not even at eye level, but at ground level, that pic proves nothing, its obvious you took kt at face value when the pic said its a flat ground, its clear that its not flat but gradually sloping, and the slope effect is magnified by the camera being placed at ground level and not eye level.

This is a sloping effect over a distance of a couple hundred meters.

Compare to this >>126448564 a distance of several miles, at eye level, if the Earth was flat then logically it follows you should be able to see the base of the tower at that distance due to no curvature right? But no you only see the tip, because the tower is taller than the total curvature at that distance

Same reason why the masts of ships are the last thing you see when they disappear over the horizon, at EYE LEVEL on the ground. You can take a helicopter up and get a higher vantage point and be able to see the whole ship again afterwards, because your vantage point changes, and the curvature of the Earth - the horizon line, is moved further up as you ascend so the ship is visible from higher up

This is fifth grader level knowledge anon, are you seriously this retarded.

I could buy that it is meant to disprove the existence of Antarctica. Antarctica is a serious place full of strange and serious things. We have been fighting a Cold War there too, so too speak. In a way, the powers behind the USSR didn't change after the break-up. We still live in the fallout of those situations; and in reality, that was only 70 years ago or so. If you understand the span of time it takes to get to this point, 70 years is a really short time. Why all the strange anti-Russian propaganda lately? Why is this geopolitical situation being portrayed as the second Cold War? What is with sequels in the culture today? Why fetishize the very recent past?

This is a common optical illusion brought up by flat earthers, because using any surface of water and anything floating on top of that water will project the image above the horizon, making it seem like it is not below the curve of the earth. So you believe in aliens and UFOs huh like I used to at age 10. So do they come from round planets? Or is their home planet also flat?

But I thought other planets dont exist and they're just "wandering stars"?

So the flat, stationary, geocentric Earth is a special case and all the other star syatems have round, spinning planets orbiting their stars and thats why aliens are so keen to visit us right?

If so there should be way more aliens, way more evidence of them too if we on our flat, stationary, geocentric Earth are such a cosmological oddity and exception to the rules of nature, and the planetary laws of motion we ourselves discovered, really makes you think.

Sure the government keeps secrets, its better for them that the populace believe the secret planes they are testing over the skies are UFOs and alien craft instead of Air Force test flights of black budget planes, that way its easier to obscure them, and keep foreign countries and enemies from knowing the truth of whats really flying up there, obscure the truth with a high signal to noise ratio, no one gives much attention to yet another uncorroborated report of a UFO someone saw up in the Arizona skies.

Thats exactly how it was with the F-117 stealth fighter for instance.

Also, prepare for this: Now the flat earthers will start posting longer and longer irrelevant videos/texts in hopes that we won't go through them.

Is their solar system also geocentric? Is their planet also stationary? Or are just we the special ones.

Also show proof of these accounts, I can say that several astronauts have said they can't see the moon from space for whatever reason and theres no reason to believe me without evidence showing they said it, so where is your evidence for these UN reveals?

the fact that the pednulim can fail to move and rotates in clock wise, or counter clockwise rotations means it is not a reliable experiment to prove motion of the earth

in the words of einstein
>Since then I have come to believe that the motion of the Earth cannot be detected by any optical experiment

which probably means there is no motion of the earth.

Survivor describes July plane crash off Matinicus

>The engine didn’t sound right, the plane couldn’t gain enough altitude, and pilot Robert Hoffman’s demeanor changed as he worked intensely to safely land the single-engine Cessna 206 and its three passengers.

>“He never panicked or took his hands off things, even for a second,” she said.

>Eva, a freelance writer, baker and emergency medical technician, recalled earlier Saturday how she moved the microphone of the headset that the passengers and pilot normally wear in order to communicate aboard the noisy plane.

Yes, if the pendulum isn't made correctly, it wont move in the expected way.
Yes, if its not in a vacuum you can make it spin the other way
THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH REPRODUCABILITY.

If you do it calibrated, in a vacuum, it is repeatable, stop just repeating what the youtube video said, find a source that that claim or just stop acting stupid

Tell me you're not serious anon.

This image alone disproves that retarded assumption.

The only human being not in this frame is Michael Collins who is taking the photo.

Space is real, whether you like it or not, its the reality and the truth of our existence. And we are just one solar system among 400 billion others, just one galaxy among trillions of other galaxies in this vast, sublime universe.

I would think that would be a far more appealing reality than one in which we are trapped on Earth because "space doesnt real" like you foolishly believe.
>>
>>126454516
they come from the other 6 heavens.

>Is their solar system also geocentric? Is their planet also stationary? Or are just we the special ones.

no, they're inter dimensional, the firmament is a 4 dimensional projection of a 6 dimensional universe

>Also show proof of these accounts, I can say that several astronauts have said they can't see the moon from space for whatever reason and theres no reason to believe me without evidence showing they said it, so where is your evidence for these UN reveals?

Maurice Chatelain, who worked at NASA has a book "Our ancestors came from outer space"

if you want buzz aldrins and armstrongs testimony, look it up for yourself.

Its not that its a hill, the football field may appear "flat" but if it has a gradual sloping curvature, its more apparent by placing a camera at ground level and not eye level where it looks flatter.

Funny how the pic says "flat ground" when it most certainly is not flat, but they cant percieve it as such, just like flat earthers cant percieve the world they are standing on is also curved but the reality is that it simply is curved, but so massive in scale that its difficult to percieve that curvature all the time in normal city life.

No the burden of proof is on you to show their testimony.

It better not be something like person y said person x said this either, with no direct transcript and solid evidence it was the astronauts themselves who said so, and their words were not misinterpreted deliberately or mistakenly.

look, if the pendulum effect was a reputable way to prove motion of the earth, Einstein would have included it in his notes.

there are plenty of other people who have proved that the pendulum effect has nothing to do with the fictional motion of the earth.

do you still think there is a vacuum in space? because you're years behind if you think so.

materially, yes.

socially meh. all my ex-friends are man-children who still play videogames and think the holocaust happened. we've drifted away from eachother since the friendships i haven't met people that are into metaphysics and mysticism. my interests involve studying how to attain physical immortality, turning a staff into a snake, water into wine, and walking on water like in the bible. and there aren't many people in my age group who are even remotely interested in that, nor do they think its possible.

do me a favor, go outside tonight, and see if you can identify any of the planets, or constellations, and see if you can name all the stars in the constellations. i bet you a thousand dollars if your life depended on identifying mars in the night sky you couldn't do it.
