What I've seen seems to confirm this. Going from Lou's to his house seth would have had no reason to go near flager pl. perhaps he was grabbed at or near the bar and taken there?

Would explain why police are saying there's no CCTV of seth when there's a city camera pointed right at the front door of Lou's. Either he was grabbed outside the bar and the cops are helping cover it up or he was grabbed inside and taken out the back and never on camera to begin with.
