within Trump's administration and the whole right party spectrum. How the fuck can you deny climate change? Are you honestly that selfish that you care more about short term profit than the safety of the planet?

Take your lust for carbon taxing, wad it up into ball and shove it up your ass you sack of trash.

The problem is you propose a solution that involve levying gigantic new taxes on everyone and shutting economic activity off. Not to mention the giant hypocrisy of the people pushing this shit saying we have to reduce carbon emissions and that the sea levels are rising while they fly around in private jets and own waterfront mansion.

The whole thing just smells like bullshit no matter how much you call people anti science and climate deniers.
>>
>>115132952
who cares, fuck polar bears and low altitude places
>>
A few decades ago the media and many in the scientific community were in hysterics over global cooling.

Trump is the only one on the right side of this issue.

Because it is a hoax, faggot.

It's simply part of the global elites plan to control, regulate, tax, and allocate energy, which is the foundation of all civilization.

If warmists were serious about their cause, they would be for nuclear power, plain and simple. They'd be tripping over themselves to fast track and open new nuke plants, fund research into nuclear energy, etc.

Instead they throw a token nod to 'green' energy, solar wind, that sort of shit which can't even supply a fraction of today's needs, much less tomorrow. And the rest of their effort is into taxing, trading credits, etc.

If they care about the environment, why are all their efforts put into giving government more power to redistribute wealth instead of actually producing energy without hydrocarbons?

Because it's all a fucking hoax. Yes, we have an impact on the planets climate. We also have an impact on the planets orbit if we jump up and down.

If you think hydrocarbons are destroying the planet, then work on the one non carbon based energy source than is scientifically proven to be able to meet today's and tomorrow's energy needs. Incentivise nuke instead of taxing carbon.

>The whole thing just smells like bullshit no matter how much you call people anti science and climate deniers.

Well, you have to know it, but they deny that climate change and say that it is manmade. Whether you can economically / technically afford it, the change still happens.
>>
>>115133569

*isn't

>If warmists were serious about their cause, they would be for nuclear power, plain and simple. They'd be tripping over themselves to fast track and open new nuke plants, fund research into nuclear energy, etc.

No, it isn't plain and simple for me. The radioactive waste of nuclear energy has to be locked up from civilization and it decays in thousands of years.... The left fights against nuclear plants in Europe since Fukushima.
>>
>>115133569
>the change still happens

sure but what do you want to do about?

People are NOT going to be lectured by super rich people with private jets and waterfront mansions telling them we can't have air conditioners or hot water, or that we have to stop having kids while they have 6+. If it doesn't smell like a scam to you then you have serious growing to do.

Explain to me either how Chinese disobedience of these rules does not matter or how you plan to get Chinese to obey these rules. Take as long as you need.
>>
>>115132952
>How the fuck can you deny climate change?

simple: Acknowledging it doesn't have any benefit for them.

What do they gain?
>>
>>115133367
True, I already have to pay $0.1 per bag. So I had to start learning to juggle.
These climate changers don't actually seem to care themselves. They just want to look like they care and make a boat load of cash from companies if the opportunity arises.

>They just want to look like they care and make a boat load of cash from companies if the opportunity arises.
absolutely. Not even them are stupid enough not to see the bigger picture

green energy initiatives are different to differentiate from investment scam

Climate change is even more of a hoax than the Holocaust.

Prove me wrong.

Every time you breathe, you exhale carbon dioxide.

For the good of the planet, please KYS.

>No, it isn't plain and simple for me.

That's because you're a fucking fag. More people have fallen to their deaths from working on windmills and off of roofs installing solar panels than have been killed in the nuclear power industry.

Storage of nuclear waste is also a non-issue, because by the nature of radioactive decay:

1. If it puts out a dangerous amount of radiation, it decays fast.
2. If it has half lives of thousands of years, it is not putting out dangerous levels of radiation.

Plus, if we had invested in reactor technology instead of pissing our panties over things we don't understand, we'd already be burning our nuclear waste in the reactors instead of storing it away anyway.

Who denies that climate changes, and what exactly do they deny about it?
>>
>>115133224
>The problem is you propose a solution that involve levying gigantic new taxes on everyone and shutting economic activity off.
Incorrect. It SHIFTS the economy towards one that is more sustainable by making nonrenewables less economical and renewables more economical before the availability of cheaply accessible petroleum does it for us. This is time humanity has analyzed the state of its means of production as a whole and redirected itself away from what is profitable in the short term (10 or 20 years or so) for the sake of the species.

Granted, it can be screwed up, but so can a lot of things. That doesn't make everything inherently bad.

that it's "man-made".
>>
No one is denying that the climate is changing, but climate change alarmists insist that there will be horrible consequences for ignoring it. They conflate the argument of "so you deny climate change?" with "you deny climate change will have catastrophic consequences?". It totally ignores the effects of global greening, which means that higher levels of carbon create a richer climate for plants to grow in. For example, did you know that your average greenhouse is keep roughly at double the current level of atmospheric carbon?

Climate change is a convenient excuse for more government overreach, which stresses our economies producers which makes people poor. Wealth is redistributed to leeches, and it is all dependent on climate change catastrophe.
>>
>>115135724
>that it's "man-made".
I haven't seen any consistent/conclusive evidence that global weather anomalies (AGW) are man-made. And you?

>How the fuck can you deny climate change?

Here's how I jumped off the climate change bandwagon

>all these scientists/politicians keep making these outrageous predictions that the world is going to end by 20XX
>none of these predictions ever come true
>suddenly carbon is the bad guy and we need to tax carbon
>lefties keep trying to push citizens to use alternative resources that are more expensive and not as powerful as the original thing
>alternative resources that are provided have little to no effect on curbing climate change
>there have been zero natural disasters (hurricaines, tornadoes etc) that can be attributed to climate change

It's not that I don't believe it exists, because I actually care about the environment. It's just that liberals can't come up with anything better than what we have that won't hurt the economy.

Come up with a better alternative resource and I'll use it.

That's not going to happen, as they're fucking idiots. It is much, much, muuuuch easier to piss and moan about any and all post-stone age energy solutions than actually get off their fat lazy asses and develop a viable solution.

>>115136266
Except for the fact that it is completely different hows and whys, sure.
