Rationality is needed know how we can gain the most resources at the least cost. Rationality is based on facts, and honesty is exchanging facts with our cooperative. If one accepts that decisions should be made rationally, then only men should be able to vote. The reason is that women do not understand cooperation, and thus do not accept it's subset, democracy, and they can't make rational choices regarding the subject they don't understand (democracy/cooperation).
tl;dr: We are in a special place in history where women's survival is not bound to following males, who logically interpret the world and act on their rationality. When women are allowed choice regarding subjects they don't understand, we are negating the progress that our minds have made possible.
