There's one I really want to find, I only ever saw a trailer for it on Liveleak years ago

It was about a terminally ill ~60 year old guy who spent his last few months going around and basically being a massive piece of shit to people, not caring since he was going to die. He would get off with warnings and stuff since cops don't want to convict a dying man

Seems interesting as fuck but I cant find info on it now
