In the Hal ashby movie "Being There" Peter Sellers (notably played Dr Strangelove/Humbert Humbert/the pink panther) plays an autistic, functionally mute gardener who was raised in a mansion with no birth certificate, backstory or explanation. I do this at my work all the time. Most of the time we just add blood (cancer patients or patients who bleed a lot). Sometimes though we do exchange transfusions where we take blood out and replace it with new blood (people with rare blood disorders like sickle cell). One common thing is that all patients report feeling energized after the infusions. Now this is just regular old Red Cross blood that people donate all the time, I can only imagine how the elites feel after getting kid blood.
