Had a similar thought, myself.
My original thought is to just make it so that only those who pay taxes get to vote.
A large chunk of women would get thrown out (stay-at-home-mothers and girlfriends, etc.), the majority of blacks would be thrown out, and the majority of lazy left wing welfare leeches would be thrown out. In the end, the only people left to vote will be a majority of white working men.

Veterans getting to vote permanently seems like an ok exception though.
Personally, I can see no flaw in this plan, only that it will never be able to be implemented democratically.
