Trump is developing something wrong with his body, some sort of physical/motor degeneration. His strange handshake is actually a twitch and involuntary, not some power play. The reason he grips the hand so firmly seems to be an involuntary tensing up of his entire arm and hand when he does a handshake, not due to volition. This is why he does the affectionate hand pat, it's because he's trying to cover it up and look normal.
To the undeveloped eye it looks purposeful, but if you look closely you can clearly see it's a reaction of the body, not of his mind, and if you think about it, you can also see that Trump obviously wouldn't want to humiliate himself purposely with a handshake, which is a very simple thing to do easily, especially for a man of his years and experience.

Video is INCREDIBLY related, Trump gets embarrassed when asked to do a handshake, he clearly looks very uncomfortable.
If you have clear eyes you can see in Trump's weird handshakes that they're motor reactions. The fact that stupid CNN and liberal pundits think it's proof that Trump is being overly aggressive on purpose, that there's even "body language experts" talking about it, and that NO ONE has pointed out the possibility that it seems to be proof of motor degeneration proves how stupid the mainstream public is.

Start it at 20 seconds. Trump puts out his hand awkwardly, palm up and even stretched out, not in the normal way you put your hand when shaking (i.e., side ways and relaxed), and even shifts closer as he does it because he's probably afraid he'll unintentionally jerk his arm back as he often does recently in handshakes. His face looks very overly composed, artificial, and even somewhat embarrassed as he does it. At 32 seconds, he awkwardly tries to joke and laugh as if everything is normal.

Now in normal life, of course, one would just be able to admit that one has something wrong with one's arm/hand and either shake people with the other hand, or just not shake at all. However, Trump, being an important world leader, cannot let on to such a great personal weakness. It's similar to the astonishing fact that FDR was paralyzed from the waist down due to a strange paralytic illness for his whole presidential career and confined to a wheelchair, but kept this out of the public eye. The US has a public image of strength to keep. It's not at all unlikely. Nigger culture is when a group of people prioritize niggerdom over western values. This happens when they're all dependent on welfare, such that the only way to stand out is to be strong/hung/deal drugs.
