Hi, i'm new whit all this papercraft stuff. I was thinking to make a stormtrooper amor (will be hard to me because i have never did this before but want to use it at the sw ep VIII premier so, i have time enough).
There are some issues that i have no clear. I want to use cardboard to make the armor (the one whit cereal boxes are made) but. How can i make it stronger? Read on the interneth that can do it whit white glue but im not sure.
Also. How can i make the helmet glasses?

This grammar is suspicious.

a ton of people (especially prop/costume makers) harden their work with fiberglass and resin and there are a ton of vids of it on youtube.
as for where to get the templates you can search "papercraft stormtrooper" or "stormtrooper pepakura." Either way you have to download pepakura to view the pdo files once obainted
It would be pretty hard

Believe it or not, you could probably pay someone to 3D print your entire outfit at a cheaper price.

I highly recommend against this. You can't get any of those smooth curves with papercraft, you will have to make an I ssnly high polygon model then smooth it out with something before you can even get to the resin and painting. Rather just buy your armour, or make something with more edges.
Anyone got the 3D print files for this? STL or OBJ or anything really? would be super helpful...
why don't you try papel mache? once i printed a pepakura pattern of a mario mushroom and ended adding some layers of papel mache over the cardboard, it looked like a piggy bank or a piƱata, but it had smooth curves
For the glasses you could use some clear plastic like from drinks bottles and tint them.

For the glasses use a replacement visor for a welding mask. Just put some window tint on it and cut it out.

I suggest you start with basic cube models like this. Planet minecraft allows you to make models of MC skins. Pic related, is it
