Since we are asking questions.
How could I go about making some of my creations more rigid? I have thought about using expanding foam like "Great Stuff" while building it to fill in hollow sections, or using epoxy to brush on and crate a shell. Is there and good proven methods that work, and relatively cheap that wont ruin the paper?

why would u spend so much time making it when you can buy one for cheap from China? Why not make something you can't order for cheap from China. Like a US President.

Take a piece of orange construction paper. Soak it in a toilet bowl. If you soak it in a used toilet bowl you can even make it smell realistic. Once the paper is thoroughly soaked, crumple it into a ball.
Done.
If you want now you can throw it at a Mexican
