I have now assembled what I assume a closed base in the related pic. There are 90 pieces with a size of (1/32).

But I want to do this swan you see in this

video but have trouble setting up a open base.

I know this shows it too, but I don't get the direction of the flaps the pieces have while sticking them together.

Can someone do a short webm or drawing how to stick them together?
