ITT :post photos of your magnificent fails.
Paper is too small, paper is too thick, paper is too weak, you've Huntington's disease, ripped paper, model is too difficult for you, unfinished origami because of laziness...
Whatever the reasons are you probably have failed attemps of origami. I keep mines because they make me laugh. So let's laugh together and post photos of your fails !
Bonus point if you can find the model attempted by other annons.
Lmao, made me laugh. I don't have any pictures of failed ones though. I did just fail with Roman Diaz's unicorn the other day.

Was that supposed to be Eric Joisel rooster?

>The notice said "60cm square of tissue foil recommended". Retrospectively it was pretty dumb to try it with a 30cm square of kraft...
Yeah. This model has so many layers you really need a very thin and large paper for the final model to look good.

here is another one !

nah
hahaha i love this thread and will contribute if i fail...

Love this thread!
I have a box fun of failed origami hahahaha
I'm not an expert, I cant do CP, I only follow instructions.
I think I can do almost anything if the instructions are good.
But I can't do everything perfectly and if it's a big origami with a lot of foldings I end up accumulating errors because it's not aligned properly.
Haven't done anything in a year maybe but I might try since I just found out about /po/

Wasp by Anibal Voyer ?
>>537792
That is takishi moris darkness dragon if I'm not mistaken. I'm similar to you, I can follow instructions pretty well, though i was able to finish said dragon...

Beautiful model, but there's a limit to how much autism I can handle
>>537857
is it that beetle with 343 steps ?
Also pic related : fuck those "training sheets" of alios kraft... 30cm is definitely too small.
>>537869
Ah shit, Lang's tarantula. I have never managed to make one that I liked, and am thoroughly sick of that base
>>537927
yeah the neverending reverse fold in and out are killing me...
And I don't know what paper to use for this origami... My alios kraft is too small, and regular kraft is too thick for it. Sandwich paper would probably do the trick but all those reversing folds would be a nightmare. So maybe double tissue or tissue+MC/acrylic, but i don't know if i have the skill to fold that model with such delicate papers.

Yeah, the strained regions in the middle would get shredded. I found some super thin kraft paper at B&N the other day, used to make >>537857, which was still a decent size. From what I gather though, the weight isn't very well distributed and all the limbs need to be extensively shaped for volume
>>537869
I failed mutiple times to make that and when I finally made a really good model of it my roommates dog ate it -_-
I tried to make a paper crane one time and it looked like a paper poop. XD
