For your picture model: according to its creator, it is just the standard fox with extra tails tucked in.

Also, you have a nine-tailed fox model from Korean creator Roh Hyuek-Kyun and another one from Japanese Kawahata Fumiaki.

(I suggest you use giladorigami.com and origamidatabase.com for this kind of search, those are very useful werbsites).
