I actually feel like mine is better this time...
Made a lily this time.
Nice thread.
I don't know much about origami so I can't r8 your creations, but I'm enjoying what you've posted.

Your friend did a bit better but it seems like you may have forgotten a set of folds, which is fine; this model isn't exactly as easy as it looks. Sure, it's all the same folds repeated but they're all preparatory for the final sculpting. And I say sculpting, because you aren't folding the paper so much, at the end, as you are flexing and sliding it a curved position. I think you'll have it down in a couple more tries.
My second crane. Only 998 more to go.
Oh, the frigid wind seems to have enticed him, and he's taken flight!

that's cute, are you really going to make 1000 tho?
>>535237
Good, now try and make it smaller and smaller still. This will give you better control at folding.

I agree wholeheartedly, anon. Origami is much more than just folding paper.
>>535584
Fucking serious
Just made this. The third piece was a bitch but it came out much better than I expected
What kind of tools do you guys use (if any)?
I'm thinking of getting a bone folder and rubber cement. Would they be useful purchases or are there better options?
>>535968
None. Use your hands.
>>535968
rubber cement.... no
I do use a paperclip sometimes to open up folds that are really small, but then I have really big hands.... When you start with 1.5 inch by 1.5 inch paper it gets interesting.

Heh, my eyes ain't that good either Anon :p
