Do pre-crease lines first.
Valley fold are diferent to mountain fold.

With that you can colapse the whole model in one step. Put atention in the square at the center that will be a triangle.

Usually don't think about resizing images, considering post people can open large images anyway, assuming you're not using a PC with absolutely no memory left.
