How can I make this green/red effect? Does anyone have a preset maybe?

Split tone it so you have fluoro green in the highlights and red in the shadows, give it an 'S' curve and you're good you fucking twit

go in lightroom, to the tone curve box, choose the green curve, make a big s curve, go to the blue curve and drag it way the fuck down
