Often I get this white mark in the bottom left of my photographs while using the olympus mju ii.
Has anyone using a mju ii experienced/know how to fix this problem?

Should have spent a 1000$ on a Contax t2
fucking retard

Extremely common. It's light bouncing off something around the lens. I'm assuming you have the silver/champagne version?

Thanks it was a far simpler reason than I imagined. I've got the black

Yes, mine does that too. I think it's caused by pinholes in the seal around the lens. It's pretty easy to see if you pop the battery when the lens tube is extended.

A tip I learned recently:
red light leaks = lift entering from the back. The red layer of film is the closest to the back, so if light is leaking from that side you'll get red leaks.
Blue/white leaks = light leaking from sides or front.
I found this video. His mju is in worse shape, but he happens to have the identical bottom left leak also. Sadly it looks as if there is no fix o the problem, aside from purchasing a contax t2 as stated above.
