Why aren't you using instax film on your TLR or other MF camera?
Here's the result.

A little bit sharper than the taken with the fuji instashit and the colors looks more real because there's no fill flash.
Sorry for the quality, my phone is a potato.
>>3128911
Terrible cost / value quotient.
>>3128911
How did you load them?
>>3128918
Really cool, a bit unpractical though. Is there any special method to it? or just align and close the lid? They are rated iso 800, right?

>Is there any special method to it?
You take it out of the fuji cartridge and put it emulsion down on the TLR(the film is exposed from the back unlike polaroid film). Be careful to not put fingerprints on the emulsion or acidentally press the chemicals.
After you expose the film put it back on the fuji and take a picture with a smaller apertura with the lens and flash covered and thats it. It's quicker than it seems.

This is the wrong way. See the emulsion is towards the film plate.
Use a meter or sunny 16 for 800 iso film and be happy.
>>3128927
That is a bit of a hassle, but fascinating none the less. If it didn't require the instax camera, I would try this.

well... you could use a rolling pin or something to spread the chemicals. or buy a cheap used instax mini for 30 bucks like I did.
If the instax back for the lomo belair didn't cost 89 euros I would buy it and try adapting it to my TLR.
but I am, OP. Just need to get that emulsion spread right!

What's that tool called kurwa? Buy a fucking used instax to process the film.
>>3128936
Too stingy to clutter my gearcave with a useless instax cam, instant film is a cool gimmick but only for a pack or two, unless you have a printer and penchant for socialising/advertising.
That's a budget Polaroid Colorpack 80 emulsion spreader - they were removable to be cleaned from the gunk old filmpacks leaked when developed. They were better, roller versions too. The next best thing to an instax camera.
You saw it too, OP? It does seem like a neat little hack.

I'd like to try this with my Mamiyaflex. How did you get full frame coverage for the first shot?
Because I own a Bronica.
Nice thread.
I just wish you had a flatbed scanner to scan those pictures.
will the instax square film fit on a normal 6x6 camera?
Because I use a Polaroid to shoot Instax

How you do it?
>>3128927
Might be easier to disassemble an instax so that you could feed a shot through it without having to dick with loading it back up.
>>3129416
Help me, senpai. I might try to pop out the back of my tlr and glue a intax into it.
>>3129415
Easy,
Just chop most of the back off the Polaroid camera, take some bits off the Belair instant back, black silicone/scotch lock/felt/weatherstrip instant back upside down on Polaroid, put a ground glass in a dead instax pack to reset front standard for infinity focus and calibrate range finder.
