Best Photo Editing App?

you edit photos on a computer if you shot digital. you edit photos in a darkroom if you shoot film.

Lightroom mobile -even the free shit one- is pretty goat. Other than that VSCO. Then again, I'm talking about apps for phone snapshits.

How is a simple curve adjustment on a phone shittier than a photoshop curve layer?

You'd be surprised how much better these apps have gotten over time, but that's not what I was trying to talk about anyways.

Viewing an image on an uncalibrated 7" screen in differing lightning conditions you will never know how your images will turn out in print or on any other screen

you should always check your most crucial work on multiple screens anyway

if you're publishing online, it doesn't matter if your shit looks classily desaturated on an eizo if it's still gonna look oversaturated on natural setting on a phone screen - you might wanna check and desaturate a few % more for example

I put my card in my laptop and dump the pics. I go through and delete the utter trash. Then I take a few shots I really like and drop them into Google Drive. Then I go to my Nexus 6 and edit those in Snapseed.

I don't know if it's right or wrong but it's what I like to do. I'm not professional and I like the results.

Pretty much this. Just avoid the HDR and tonal contrast controls, which create weird artefacts.
The only thing it's not great at is split toning (presets only, hidden in the vintage controls). Polarr is better for that, but the controls are hard to use on a touchscreen (for me).

I guess I'm the only one out here using Camera+.
