But i think that the main diffference is saturation, maybe the first pic is edited so the saturation is less then the original. You may want to take a good picture with good light and THEN edit it with photoshop.

This. If there was about half as much editing done it'd looked great. But the edits are too much, it looks surreal and hence like garbage.
