sorry if this is out of place.

Trying to figure out lighting. outside I can get some really great lighting with whats around, and I'd like to get similar harsh blues inside without having to edit that in post.

All of my lights seem to be tungsten from what i understand, what kind of lights / kits / bulbs do I want for blue? LED? Fourescent? With my tungstens I can adjust my kelvin meter but i get to a 'white' look at best. I add blue gels for a little more blue color but honestly it looks real fake imo.

how do we measure the strength of an LED light? with tungsten i know its just the watts, but when im trying to look at LEDS to buy I can't tell how strong they will be and i dont want to have to go above 650 iso inside.
