dutch angles don't do what you think. they make the viewer feel that something is wrong wih the world, that they've fallen through the looking glass. it's a strong psychological effect that is really out of place in a bland photo of a fucking road sign. generally speaking 45 degree lines don't work well in composition. also your subject is boring and there's not much of a way to fix that

neat subject. iffy framing. horse at right has its head obscured. none of them are doing anything that interesting, and they're tiny (longer focal length from farther away could fix this). groups of 3 work better than groups of 4, generally speaking. the diagonal trees are dissonant from the pastoral theme, too unbalanced

So this is just a shitty phone snapshit, but I want this to be a cautionary tale to amateur photographers.
Bring your camera everywhere. Even if you just want to chill out and relax, or think you won't get a single shot.
Today I decided to leave all my gear at home, because I said I just wanted to relax and go for a walk in the park. About a half an hour after visiting the park;
here' is a picture of a very social, fearless, leucistic raccoon. I always joke about, "watch, the one time I leave my camera at home, I'm going to see a unicorn".
Bring your camera everywhere, friends.

Been working on making my pictures sharp, but even with a tripod, remote, and mirror lock, the edges of everything in the original resolution are still blurry, although I guess the slight breeze didn't help.
I never have time to take any pictures during the day because I'm either sleeping or working, so I do what I can when it's dark.
This is the best I could do.
This was taken with a 30-second exposue, f/8, ISP-100

Focusing at night can be a bitch. All the photos I've posted had to be taken a few times because the abandoned building was so dark. A focus assist lamp can help or shining a light before the shutter goes off

Yeah I shot it at midday, so those highlights are direct reflections from the sun. I don't really have context with my pictures, I'm more interested in taking pictures of things that look interesting to me than putting meaning to them.

i was already heavily grading my man, but yeah a little brightness looks better. was very disappointed because just during sun set the thick cloud band killed almost all reflections in the clouds or light on the wheat, pic related.

when there is no movement, you should go aperture priority (or just manual) to control the depth of field instead of the exposure. this should enable you to keep your iso as low as possible too.
first picture is boring desu, in the second i find the colors a little cold and green, also your lense doesnt do a great job of keeping the background away from the attention as its quite busy and fuzzy. try desaturating the greens to get more focus onto the birb or maybe go just BW. also i think i would have gone for a vertical shot of the bird only and chose a smaller f number (of your lense dont go super soft)

Had to push off - foot against pole - and roll away from them or I would've risked ending up underneath them. Was still coming out of the roll when I took the picture.

Taken just after the other picture if I recall correctly, so while I was able to quickly tweaked the camera settings, I still hadn't quite managed to sit up properly. I think I might like it better this way than without tilt, but unfortunately I don't have a non-tilted version to compare.

you focus just like you normally would. most of the time you can just focus on some distant object/any high distance if you are lazy since anything between the hyperfocal distance and infinity sufficies. sometimes it's confusing though because when you zoom in on the clouds, they look soft, but thats just because they are clouds, and the hard edges our eyes imply are no real hard edges.

Throw the bikes on the road and crop the left side right before the distant peak and you have a nice shot IMO

Da der Laden blickdichte Strumpfhosen verkauft, schätze ich mal die Werbung zielt darauf ab, dass man im Sommer, wo man Bein zeigt, auch zwangsweise Venen zeigt.
