I usually don't ask for advice on /p/, but is this photo just a normal LR/PS luminosity tweak, or did the photographer use a lens filter and shallow depth of field to achieve it? Google wasn't really helpful in finding an answer for this one.

>shallow depth of field
everything is in focus though

It seems like the windows are fitted with a white paper layer or film which acts like a huge softbox.
Other than that its just proper exposition.

That's way too much effort. Learn the zone system. Expose so that the windows (which should be the brightest things in frame) are in zone x. Adjust the other levels in post to get a decent level of contrast in the rest of the scene.

you mean a slightly overexposed look with raised whites and clarity added?
you overexpose by ~1-2/3 of a stop, raise highlights and a touch of clarity

Overexpose highlights, use net/stocking behind lens if super autistic. Easy to do in camera or in post.

I suggest reading Ansells Zone System and keeping it in mind when shooting. Usually more important for cinematography or controlled lighting now, but imo still crucial.
