But going with the setting, I'd say a 500c/m with a 80mm and a 150mm, and that's enough, and visit Norway, Iceland, Tierra del Fuego (if that counts as 2 countries, only the Argentinean part), Tibet, and, hmm... the Antarctic if it counts?

No need for anything but Bronica and 2 backs. Covers wide, normal, medium and tele.Covers Square format, 3:2 and 56x24 pano.
If I really need a 2nd camera, probably a 4x5 with a 135 and 210/240 lens or maybe or a GX680 just to bump up my air fares.
USA to visit different states, Brazil and Argentina for the people and chill scenery. France for getting pissed in the south, Russia for some nice downtime and slav neighbourhoods.

For the rest of the 17k i'll just cheese my way through Gibraltar/Portugal/Spain/Marocco and whatever else is in cheap-flight range, but totes chill, backpacking all the way, then get home and pocked the rest of the 15k.
