Ok so here's criticism

There's no subject, firstly. The women in the frame is a random passerby, and even though you waited for someone to walk into the frame it adds nothing to the photo.

The composition follows the rule of thirds, but uninterestingly. The women in the photo coincides with one of the thirds, and then the lines of the wall make up the others.

The light is interesting, but not to your advantage. The eye is immediately drawn to the light playing around the walls, and it takes a while to be drawn to what you've considered as the subject (the woman).

The biggest criticism is there's no scene. There's no interpretation that can be drawn from the photo. It's just a random hallway with someone walking past. It's pretty clear that you saw the interesting light and waited for someone to walk past.

You got the exposure right, so you've got that going for you.
