First you need a portfolio that is second to none. Even when you get in somewhere it will be as a wage slave for many years. So you might as well be shooting for the people that you think are below you. Yes the pay again will be glorified slave wage,but if you put out a ssuperior product, you will move up. Either way there is not a single thing in life that is easy. The sooner you get used to that fact the better.
