I browsed through a lot of pictures I took with a vintage lens and sometimes, when the subject is behind the blurred foreground in this case black lines (branches or fence) and the bokeh is behind the subject it gets distorted like this... why is that, or does your lens do the same?

No, I can't see that, because the grainy PoS smartphone cam can't even resolve the bloody gravel properly
Before you think about writing a book, make sure people can read your writing first. Similar with photos. At some point, the "the photographer is what counts"-argument just breaks down. Gear is only ever what enables you to do things and too restrictive tools will not allow for a lot of stuff being done. Whatever you're trying, it cant be done it with your tools.

I accept your critisicm, sometimes I don't like the quality of my shots either, but other people do, at the end of the day it's I'm doing it for them and It's a bit selfish only to mind things you think are good, I think one of the most important thing for any artist is to give the viewers the possibility to judge art by themselves and not to try to limit their imagination with any sort of ''standarts'', would it be the quality of the pictures or composition.

5th in 1st row and 2nd in 2nd row are overexposed, many others underexposed. 4th and 5th in 3rd row are nicely exposed, generally many are not level but that's fixable in post if you dont mind throwing pixels away. Composition is generally okay. you are sticking too closely to the middle of the frame try more thirds. It doesnt make your images magically better but it ensures you think about composing for a second and that you pay attention to what part of the subject is in the frame.

one of the reasons why it's better to know what you're working with is the following:

Many newbies have a zoomlens that came with their camera. What that most commonly means is that they stand somewhere, see something they deem fit for a photo, zoom until they have the frame they want and press the shutterbutton.
But certain focal lengths lend themselves to specific types of images.
Speaking in FullFrame-Equivalent focal lengths (in your case, multiplying your focal length with 1.6)
Portraits are shot at AT LEAST 50mm and above
Landscapes are shot below 35mm
Street photography is shot between 35 and 50mm

Using a prime lens (a lens that can't zoom) will teach you to zoom with your feet.

Too much centered. Centered shots have their place (like group shots), but such one creates a very "agressive" feeling, walking directly at the camera and staring into the lens.
The firs tshot, just A BIT angled down so you can see the floor the person is walking on, that'd be a great shot

Learn composition. The person is the main point of the photo but he stands way too close to the left border. He's also out of focus. Color is a bit boring but you can fix it in Photoshop/Lightroom.
The shadow in your photo is still bright enough. I suggest that you should have lower your light balance (reduce ISO or increase shutter speed) so that the sky can be captured, even though partly. Currently it's all white and it makes your photo dull.
