Can these things go together, or have I made a mistake? I was hoping for AF function.

Kinda figured it'd be automatic but maybe my settings are wrong. Anyone use Minolta glass with thr A to E mount adaptor?

the lens either broken or it's so old, it's not supported.
it's just a reflex lens.
nothing of value was lost.

Figured it out, just needed to update the firmware. It was confusing since this lens is just a rebranded sony lens (AF reflex, the only one of its kind)
I was working with a russian 500mm reflex, but I'm just notnfast enough with the long throw to get good action shots.
This works great now, and WAY lighter of a rig.

The LA-EA4 is for full frame isnt it? So I take it works on a crop frame as well, like the LA-EA2? And is the autofocus adequate?
