So I need a way to tell them gently that I require at least a *slightly* better image than that. I tried to edit, and a lot of it is obvious cause of the "airbrush" effect vs the pixelation. Is there a camera I can suggest to them? Preferably something cheap (so they'd consider it) but can take decent photos. I don't think there's any photographers besides retards with a phone.
I guess my question is: How do I break it to them that they need a photographer/camera and not take it with their goddamn phone?
(like it's literal android quality at best)

A Canon rebel t series can be had cheap off craigslist. My sister just sold her t5i with lens kits and a flash for 200.

Oh how uninformed you are on technology. Please educate yourself on consumer hardware and software before posting this shit.

Why do people think you need to have authored a doctoral thesis on a subject before you can post about it on 4chan?

So people don't make dumb post like yours

Just send them your draft & tell them these source materials are below hobbyist never mind professional levels and that you worry they will not result in an acceptably decent looking photo to the point where it hurts their reputation.

I'm actually the OP, thanks
I don't know too much about the phone aspect, I was just comparing to a stereotype. I guess it was less comparable to "android quality" as in the phone itself, but more comparable to the stigma of a bad photo that "android quality" is assumed to produce.

that sounds like a good idea, I'll check and find one for them

I showed them actually, I don't know if they care. i guess this post is kind of dumb in all regards. I suppose that since I'm the only one complaining, that I should go take the photos as much as I can by myself.
Because any company that saves their logo as a 72 dp .jpeg will not care about photo quality
It's funny to me how people think that android phone take worse pictures than iPhones.

I didn't even know this was a thing until I got to this thread
