So I was gifted a Olympus OM 10. When i look throught the focus the circle is black. I checked it's insides and there super clear and clean the lends as well. Can you help me figure out why and how I can fix this?

Have you looked through the viewfinder in different light conditions? I thought some focus rings tell you if your picture is too light or dark, I could just be drunk and misremembering things though
Yeah it doesn't change in different light, I think it's the viewfinder that's the problem. I checked the focus glass inside and it was fine.
What lens do you have? They darken with small apertures.
Could be a custom focus screen.
