This, Irop Ustynskyy shoot on MF & film. Also a good light is needed, either natural or flash.

MF
Good model
Dark backdrop
Good light

Composed for square format (i.e. 6x6).
Tonality and grain look right for MF, probably Tri-X or HP5.

For me, it's a google image search to find Irop Ustynskyy. I would have guessed it was digishit because of the hard sharpening. As long as you know what you do and have a good lens (FF, apsc or, hell, even m4/3) you can replicate this sharpness against a smooth background.
pic is from Jens Krauer on flickr.

but your pic looks like shit?
it looks dead. light is good, but it doesnt go anywhere, it just sits there DEAD. film has this habit of making highlights leak into their surroundings, so everything looks just like in real life, your pic has lots of detail, but its DEAD detail.

Yep, it's shot on x-pro2, XF 56 f/1.2 and overcooked. You can't fuck the sliders THAT MUCH with film.
