I was wandering if anyone could show me what one of these shutters looks like, I'm trying to recreate this in 3D but the shutter is giving me a little issue. the camera is a DSC-HX20V. I gave it a go to what I thought it might look like and where the pivot point may be, but this is wrong. thanks in advance

The blades in that video don't have the same contour as OP's, so it won't line up. I dropped a p&s at work a couple years ago causing the entire lens cover to pop off, and I had to reassemble it. I'll grab the camera and take some photos of the inside for OP and hopefully not prove myself wrong in the process.
