Panasonic GX85 + Olympus 12-42mm "pancake" zoom
fyi in case you need it to be ready in an instant, this lens requires a little extra time to start up as it extends automatically from its collapsed portable state when the camera is turned on; the Panasonic 12-32mm and 20mm f1.7 pancake lenses don't have this problem but instead lacks a focus ring (the 20mm is also a noisy focus, so not great for video), so choose which is more important to you. And there is a fourth pancake, the Panasonic 14mm, that is ready instantaneously and with a focus ring but is a little to wide to be as versatile as you need imo (the fifth pancake, the Olympus 17mm f2.8, is only mentioned here for the sake of completion as it's a pretty lackluster lens by most accounts: slow, noisy autofocus and no focus ring, not very sharp for a prime)
