import negative into photoshop, use this action, and then tweak in lightroom or w/e
about as quick as you're going to get without fully automated scanning software (like colorperfect)
I use vuescan and photoshop + ColorPerfect. Paid for em too. Don't be lazy when it comes to scanning film.

in your case it's not something a preset can help you.
looking at the exif, you made some basic mistake. first of all:
you can't shot at iso 800, expecially on a GF3, you have to shot at ISO 100 to gain the best image quality
45mm is not a suggested lens for scanning films, you need a longer one (70mm 90mm i.e) to avoid distorsion

si, il sensore è m4/3 (ho una gf2 che uso con piacere) ma significa che hai un ingrandimento doppio dell’inquadratura a pieno formato 35mm, la deformazione della lente è identica
il problema comunque non è quello, come le stai scattando?
