The only problem I had among 200 sales, was when I sold a Canon film camera. I listed it as "not working" because the lid mechanism was missing a small part. It was a 2cm of plastic. And the buyer complained, because he said that the missing part was not small, but big and that my description was wrong. And this happened even though I had like 10 pics of the thing from each side.

I don't know why I bothered selling the thing, cuz I didn't even get that much from it. I just felt bad that the camera was just sitting on the shelf unused, while there are people out there that could potentially fix it.

I only had one complaint as a buyer. Bought a lens the had obvious fungus in pictures, but description said it was clean. I didn't look at pictures hard enough to see, but it was painfully obvious in my hand. Ended up asking for a refund.

Pretty much the same thing, had a pentacks with a 1cm piece of plastic broken off next to the battery compartment, didn't affect anything at all, it was merely a cosmetic defect. I had pictures clearly showing it but forgot to mention it in the description area.

The guy didn't even message me, he just opened a refund claim and wrote out a paragraph making it out to be a huge problem and acting like a cunt as if I tried to hide it from him.

I'm pretty sure ebay even says that photos are considered part of the description, yet ebay buyer protection will always side with these fucking idiots.

You are 100% to blame then for this mistake. Too many buyers go into fleabay with rose colored glasses on. A seller who posts a ton of pics is trying to avoid your time-wasting.

You shouldn't write 'no fungus' in your description if a quarter if the front element is solid white.
