I already have Photoshop, but I'm not into watching several hours of tutorials, I'd like to find a pdf or something like that could teach me how to approach color balancing and shit like this.

There is no quick way to get good at photography quickly in your spare time, you lazy fuck.

I'll give you a tip since you're just another entitled kid who wants everything done for him: There is no "correct workflow" to start from. Photoshop, lightroom and pretty much all post-processing is a very organic process. There are many paths to the same destination, and not one singularly correct way. That's part of the beauty of it, and how people start to develop their own style and look. So, the first thing you should do with a photo when looking at it is figure out how you'd like it to look. Is there a mood that you want? Does the photo look like what you remember when you took it? Do you want it to? Figure out which direction you'd like to take the photo and then start down that path. There are basic things that need to be fixed like clipped highlights, tilted horizons, etc, but those are minor quibbles that can be fixed quickly and easily. Far more important is the overall aesthetic.

Anthony Morganti is who I learned from. Guy has a big channel on YouTube with a multitude of tutorial videos on postprocessing via lightroom/PS.

Be warned though he's notorious for going over the top with his shadow/highlight sliders.

This. You don't need to pay out the ass for a fancy course, just get a bunch of photos and fuck around with the controls for a while. You'll get a feel for what does what.
