Early spring landscapes like these are depressing by nature. If you want your photos to be good you have to ride that wave. This is just a documentation, you have to make it more depressing and darker. And with a subject that could potentially have a background, not a tree. Try planting a teddy bear in the mud or something.

Anyway, I like the counterweight you get from the perspective of the streetlights versus the building, guardrail, and the group of three on the left, but I think you might have to sacrifice those to clear off the greenery on the right side. It's all too busy and it fucks with the color dynamic of the smooth cool to warm transition on the building face. It's also hard to tell if your subject is the building, the group of three.
I like the contrast of architecture with industrial structure though as well.

Posting these again since no feedback last thread.
I originally cropped out the left part of this but since the curtain is what's in focus I think it works better having it in the center - when it's on the far left it doesn't catch the eye as well and the picture ends up just looking like an out of focus sunrise.

If it were me, I wouldve composed the girl on the left side of the rule of thirds (i know you said youre a noob, but i dont know HOW noob. If you dont know the rule of thirds, learn it.) And put the bokeh lights on the right side, and maybe made them a bit dimmer in lightroom.
