Got a payed job for the first time, /p/!
A video reportage about a fest, in my city. Me and my mate, got payed €50 each for 5 h.
Now, they're asking us if we can edit the materials in 4 - 5 videos, 3 minutes each video.

10e/hour is pretty shit tier for any work, expect if you are Romanian or 15yo.
You should demand at least the hour equivalent of a monthly 3k salary (that is pre-tax!) for a 40h work week. That works out at about 20e/hour.
Since this isn't a regular job you should be charging more tho.
Working for any less would be scamming yourself out of your potential living, and/or scamming those that would do it for a potential living.
If they don't accept the charge, they don't actually need it, or their project is not financially viable anyway and you should not help such a venue out on your own expense unless you consider yourself a donor to the venue.
That and pay taxes, because god hates fags.
Do not abide to these simple guidelines and you will be forever-a-hobby, slaving off for an unsustainable amount of money.
