why would you take a wide angle portrait from that low? what kind of thing is this advertising? the coat?
Could you give some information on how you render the colors that way? I really love the sort of subtle richness of the tones, and I can never seen to get that to work on my own photos.

Not OP but here are some techniques to experiment with:
Create luminosity masks to control saturation, notice in the OP how saturated the shadows are. Try using curves to adjust contrast before generating the luminosity mask to target the saturation.
Gradient mapping is a great way to "unify" the hues in an image, especially with skin. You've probably noticed weird greens/yellows in your skin that don't belong, a gradient map set to "Hue" or "Color" (or duplicate and use one "Hue" and one "Saturation", then mask each in separately) will help you control out-of-range hues.
