Actually, it's the b&w preset on the Fuji X-e1, with a tiny bit of curve tweaking in Gimp.

I don't normally shoot b&w, but with the fog lifting, the whole scene was almost monochrome anyway, and getting rid of that last bit of color helped convey the emotion.
