Getting back to what I said earlier, if you won't say what's bugging you, no one can help you.
In the grand scheme of photography, it's impossible to "capture everything", otherwise we'd grow sick of our hobby almost immediately. It what keeps most of going, a chance to get something that is unique to their own interests. It's a good hobby to have, but you have to have a subject you're interested in photographing, otherwise it won't go anywhere.
