Yay or nay? How can i do it better?
Needs a bit more interest. Try to get a person crossing frame or closer into the foreground for that extra kick. For example this shot, it's not great, but I took another one without the people and it was a lot more boring.

The biggest flaw is the bottom part, it shouldn't be there.
Color wise it's always a matter of taste, but your shot looks dull.
And of course the burnt sky doesn't help, if you shot raw, you can solve that one easily.

Why is this image not at all sharp? Did you fuck up doing manual focus or shoot this on a Fuji 1.4 wide open or something?
Getting everything in focus is important for the image composition on a shot like this. Framing also needs more work.
